1. Federal & State Compliance
All seeds sold by Elevated Botanicals are legally classified as Hemp Seeds under the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (2018 Farm Bill). Our products contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis and are legally permitted for sale and shipment via USPS under federal law.
2. Intended Use
These seeds are sold strictly as souvenirs, novelty items, and for genetic preservation purposes. Elevated Botanicals does not condone the use of these seeds for any illegal purpose.
